Review: BIOAQUA 7 Days Longer Thicker Eyelashes Serum

Cheapest eye serum ever (?)

Finally my first ever eye serum has arrived in the mail! Pretty excited to try this product as it has good reviews on Shopee and it also says 

"Users can expect to experience longer, fuller and darker eyelashes in as earliest as 7 days". 

You heard them 7 DAYS. 

Like all products, I check out the reviews and this product has an equal balance of good and bad reviews. Many mentioned that this product has helped them achieve longer and thicker eyelashes. However, under further investigation on other online platforms, it seems that there are people who mentioned it being irritable on the eyes, not working after 2 MONTHS and one mentioning that said this caused an infection and a sty...(also, sounds shady that I got it for $2.10 on Shopee...) So I decided to try it out on myself, hoping for the best!

On my first day of using this product, I do admit that there was a small stinging sensation but not very significant. The product is VERY WATERY so please take care not to apply so much until it drips into your eyes. It was very painful when it got in my eye :( It smells like chemical but not very strong. Also, it is easy to apply as the brush is not very thick and just the right size to slide across your upper lash line.

This product helps to:

1. Add thickness to eyelashes
2. Solve the problem of short, sparse eyelashes
3. Nourish hair roots
4. Give eyelashes a silky texture and density
5. Prevents hair loss
6. Enhance C-curl of eyelashes

Ingredients:

Glycerin, Vitamin E and Hydrolyzed Oat Protein

• Glycerin: A humectant (draws water out) and act as a moisturizer

• Vitamin E: antioxidant, protect cells from damage

• Hydrolyzed Oat Protein: Moisturizer

How to use:

• Using the fine-tip applicator, apply serum along the upper lash line daily.
• Apply morning and night, after skincare and/or prior to makeup. It may also be used on the eyebrows.
  

Okay, it has been 7 days and here are my before and after results!

Honestly, I don't really see much of a difference after 7 days. I even applied every morning and night and re-applied on some afternoons. Also, I don't see any C-curl? My eyelashes just looks straight af before and after. However, looking at the individual eyelash level, I did notice one of my eyelashes that grew longer (because it was sticking out when it was short now its no longer sticking out :D) 

What I like about the product:

1. Price is the cheapest I’ve seen for an eyelash serum
2. The fine tip brush works well to glide across upper lash line

What I don’t like about the product:

1. Very painful when serum gets into eye
2. Hurts even when applied along upper lash line
3. Brush feels a little rough on eyes
4. Would prefer a more viscous solution so won’t drip into eyes so easily
5. Little results 

Overall, I would give this a 6/10. Even though the price was cheap, the results aren't really worth the effort and pain. 

Would I buy it again? Nah.
