Missha Time Revolution The First Treatment Essence RX (150ml)
is my first ever essence and I have done so many research before purchasing this essence. It is definitely worth the price as I bought this for SGD$20.59 on 11.11.2020 on Shopee and its such a huge bottle.

"An essential essence in clear liquid form helps make your skin hydrated, clear and translucent. It allows skin looking more refined, firmer and moisturized." 


I love the frosted glass bottle, it feels cool to the touch and looks very elegant. 
Super excited to try this essence!

Ideal for:

  • Normal skin
  • Dry skin
  • Sensitive skin

It also has a PH of 5.5, which is the PH of a healthy skin! Neutral PH is around 7, which is the PH of water. PH of skin is slightly acidic due to our skin's thin, protective layer. As such, it is important to find a product that is close to PH 5.5 to ensure that your skin maintains the protective layer. 

How to use:

  1. At the first step of skincare after cleansing, take an appropriate amount on cotton puff and apply it over the face.
  2. Pat lightly until fully absorbed.

Ingredients:

Yeast Ferment Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Niacinamide, Bifida Ferment Lysate, Oryza Sativa(Rice) Extract, Pearl Powder, Water, Diethoxyethyl Succinate, Propanediol, Sodium PCA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Polyquaternium-51, Butylene Glycol, Vinegar, Glycerin, Ceramide NP, Cholesterol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Xanthan Gum

As you can see, this essence contains probiotics, perfect for the probiotic skincare trend! 
  •  Bifida Ferment Lysate: Decreases skin's sensitivity and encourages skin to repair itself. This is also an ingredient in the Ma:nyo Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule I reviewed before! 
  • Yeast Ferment Extract: Has a high nutrient content & is also an antioxidant. Improves skin texture & has cell renewable properties. 
  • Niacinamide: Vitamin B3 to repair damaged skin cells.


This essence has a watery texture and has no smell to it, which is deeply appreciated as a light and clear essence. It also gets absorbed into the skin easily so you can move on to your next skincare routine! 

Also, so cute that they added a section to write down your opened date!


Results:

It's been a week since I used the MISSHA Time Revolution The First Treatment Essence RX, and here are my opinions on the product!

I have been using this essence along with the COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid as an extra layer of added moisture as the exfoliant can be a little dry on the skin. My skin does feel more hydrated after applying the essence.
 I feel like these 2 product definitely work well together. The COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid is not very dry on your skin and the essence is feels clear and light just enough to give back the moisture needed. 

After using these 2 products, my skin feels WAY BRIGHTER and pores less obvious. I love the watery essence as it feels light on top of your skin and doesn't give you the sticky layered texture on your skin. 


Overall, I would give this a 8/10. 
-2 because kind of wish there were more ingredients in the product

The most expensive cream I own This cream is sold on shopee for $50 (way more expensive compared to Innisfree and other brands). Also, it was relatively hard to find elaborated reviews on this product when I was deciding to buy, so here are my honest reviews!
